Public Rules OverviewTHE SHAPE
THE SHAPE
OF THE EVENT.
This is the public overview. The detailed judging and scoring architecture is not being published yet — it is being calibrated with the first generation of judges and athletes.
- The floor
- A single competition surface. One athlete performs at a time, in view of the full panel and the audience.
- The performance
- A timed weighted performance built by the athlete, using approved implements. Duration and implement list are being finalized in testing.
- What is judged
- Multiple dimensions of integrated human performance, scored together rather than as isolated events.
- Safety
- Movement standards, load governance and spotting protocol are being written alongside the judging framework, and take precedence over score.
- Eligibility
- Divisions and qualification pathways are in development. Nothing is closed and nothing is finalized.
- Conduct
- Command of the floor is part of the standard. So is respect for the athletes who share it.
