For roughly twenty-five years I've been chasing one question through movement, strength, and performance: what is a human body actually capable of, when nothing is measured in isolation? Power Builders® Embodied Excellence Competition is where that question finally has a stage.
I built Spiral Kinetics® because I wanted a training system I could trust for a lifetime — not a style, a language.

THE FRAGMENT PROBLEM.
Strength competitions reward force. Physique competitions reward structure. Few of them ask whether the person in front of you can show what they’ve built in both athletics and aesthetics. Most sports divide the body into measurable fragments, then crown the fragment.
I wanted a competition built around the whole capacity — power, control, creativity, physique, skill, expression, and presence — measured together, because that is how excellence actually shows up in a body. Athletics and Aesthetics, resolved into one standard: Embodied Excellence.
Spiral Kinetics® is the movement language.
Power Builders® Embodied Excellence Competition is the arena where that language gets tested — publicly.
Singularity™ asks a different question inside the same broader project: what does a sport look like when you strip away possession and force the whole body to answer?
